The first consultation, lasting 45 minutes maximum, is charged 160.- CHF.  

It can be a one-time consultation, or a first consultation leading to the opening of a file.

As a general rule, the fees are determined, in particular, according to the time spent on the execution of the mandate, the complexity and importance of the case, the interests at stake and the execution deadline.

The hourly rate applied by the law firm therefore varies according to these various factors.

In certain cases, when the activity to be carried out is foreseeable, the Firm may agree on a lump-sum fee corresponding to the services to be provided. In addition to the standard fees, a share in the outcome of the case may also be envisaged (pactum de palmario).

An initial provision is requested when the file is opened.

The costs and any VAT will be invoiced in addition to the agreed fees.
